HOW TO ORDER

ONLINE

You have access to our online store’s inventory. All products are organized logically to facilitate simple navigation to the desired products. You can also conduct product searches using the “Search” toolbar. Please observe that all displayed prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). However, there may be instances where prices have changed, and we have not had the opportunity to update the website. If you are dissatisfied, we are more than willing to refund your money or provide you with products at a comparable price.

The general public does not need to register to purchase products; visitor checkout is available. By signing up, however, you will receive discounts and be informed of all the latest developments in the rehab industry.

If you are a registered business, sports team, or organization, you may be eligible for a wholesale account and wholesale pricing on all of our products. In this instance, you must register for an account, which must then be approved. If you believe you may be eligible, please visit the Registration page, select the Wholesale account option, and complete the form.

We have made every effort to provide the most extensive selection of products to accommodate all budgets. Nevertheless, if you require something that is not listed, please contact us as we will be able to assist you.

After registering with us, you will be able to manage your information, keep track of your preferred products, and examine your past orders. In addition, you will be informed of any new product information and our frequent special offers.

RETURNS

We are aware that when shopping online, there is a possibility that the product’s size will not be accurate. On rare occasions, a product malfunction may occur.

In such cases, we are always willing to replace the products or issue a credit. Download our Returns Policy for all the specifics and conditions regarding product returns.

Returns Authorization Form must be completed in order to process any returns.

DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped the following day via courier or the United States Postal Service (USPS); however, if we are exceptionally active, there may be a minor delay. Before proceeding with the shipment, we will notify you of any special shipping requirements or costs. If products are out of stock at the time of your order, they will be placed on backorder and shipped to you once they arrive at our warehouse. These items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.  In the event that products are required to be backordered, we will contact you.

Our store is accessible to both the general public and health professionals. You can register for a wholesale account and receive wholesale pricing if you are a clinician, physician, health professional, or sporting organization. Please sign up here.

You may be eligible for wholesale pricing if you are a registered clinician or health professional, registered sporting club, or other relevant registered business. Contact our office for additional information.

For all retail and wholesale deliveries, shipping cost will apply and is determined by customer’s postal code.

Items that are oversized or cumbersome may necessitate specialized shipping at an additional cost.  If additional expenses are incurred, we will not charge your credit card without your consent.

In the event this occurs, please just contact us. We have developed excellent sources across United States and can source just about any product you need while still being able to offer competitive pricing.

Yes. If the product is returned in the exact same condition and packaging as when it was sold, we are glad to substitute it or issue a credit. If the product is defective or the incorrect item was shipped, we will cover the costs of returns and re-delivery; otherwise, you are responsible for these fees. Refer to our Return Policy for more information. Before any returns, a Returns Authorization Form must be filled out. Please contact us for further details.

We cannot offer refunds or returns on any PPE sold by our company. This includes face masks, respirators, face shields, reusable masks, coveralls, hand sanitizer, disinfectant cloths and mists, and protective furnishings.
